Vegan aquafabu can be obtained in two ways:
- Use canned chickpea liquid.
- Prepare a decoction of whole chickpeas.
The first option is much worse due to the presence of preservatives in the liquid composition and the absence of useful properties. In addition, such an aquafab may be too liquid and will need to be further boiled down.
