I managed to make the perfect vegan lasagna recipe. Buonissimi! My Italian ancestors are thrilled! It turned out an excellent festive dish - vegan lasagna with tofu, vegetables, bechamel sauce and spices. The husband has already checked out this dish. By the way: he, like me, is a vegan, and was in great vegan delight!
Vegan lasagna is cooked without meat, eggs and dairy products. This dish is no worse than vegetarian lasagna, as it can also include cheese, but certainly of vegetable origin.
It turned out an excellent festive dish - vegan lasagna with tofu, vegetables, bechamel sauce and spices. Everyone who tried it experienced a great vegan pleasure!

In what order are the layers laid out?
You need to collect, alternating sauce, filling and dough. The sauce must be the lowest layer - this will provide additional protection against overdrying during baking.

How many layers should there be?
The number of layers depends on the width, depth of form and your appetite. I have a small form and I eat for four, so I got 7 savory layers.
Where to get lasagna leaves?
Lasagna sheets are sold ready-made. In this recipe I used lasagna sheets from Granoro "LASAGNE N.121" made from durum wheat without adding eggs. Such sheets do not need to be pre-cooked. For 40 minutes in the oven, they cook perfectly. For 8 layers it took me 12 sheets of lasagna.
Lasagna without cheese
In this recipe, I did not add cheese. But if you want with cheese (vegan), then add it along with the filling and sprinkle them with lasagna 10 minutes before the end of baking.
Also, for cheese taste and density, you can add cheese yeast (nutritional yeast, Nooch) to the sauce - they are easy to find in many vegan and software stores.
