I want to introduce you to a recipe for a traditional Indonesian dish - Mi Goreng. This dish is hungry again and again. And I often had to cook it while traveling in Southeast Asia.   • Mushroom (brown or crimini) 100 g

  • Salt 3 pinch
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Papper, hot chili, red, raw to taste
  • Lime 1 PC.
  • Water 1 cup
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
