With the transition to veganism, I so lacked this gentle enveloping taste. I tried to cook vegan mayonnaise from tofu, avocado and sunflower seeds - it turns out very tasty, but the mayonnaise made from soy milk is most similar to the original taste. And all because soy milk is most similar to cow in its consistency.
Such mayonnaise can be used to make sandwiches, as a dressing for salads, marinade, etc. For example, with my recipe, you can make vegan herring under a fur coat. It turns out very tasty!
